Performance Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of global paid search campaigns, with a specific focus on driving high-quality users through Google Ads & Bing Ads.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who has already operated at scale, is comfortable managing 8-figure monthly budgets, and deeply understands how performance marketing works in complex environments.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong ability to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns efficiently, and continuously improve performance. You should be comfortable using data to make decisions, testing new approaches, and moving quickly to scale successful strategies and accelerate growth.
You will work in a cross-channel environment, closely collaborating with Product, Data, Creative, and CRO teams, and contribute directly to profitable growth by optimizing LTV/CAC for some of our most relevant global products.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant search networks.
Manage and scale high-volume budgets, focusing on pLTV, ROAS, and ARPU.
Develop keyword strategies, ad copy, and bidding approaches tailored for subscription funnels.
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Work with Product and Lifecycle teams to improve onboarding, conversion, retention and renewal flows.
Collaborate with Data & Analytics to improve attribution, reporting, and cohort-based insights.
Monitor technical KPIs: Track and report on daily performance.
Manage budgets and pacing to maximize efficiency while hitting growth and profitability goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, automation tools, and platform updates.
Required skills:
Must have
2+ years Hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Bing Ads campaigns.
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across creative, product, and analytics.
Data-driven with a test-and-learn approach.
Initiative: You don't just follow a plan; you propose new strategies to beat our targets
Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
Nice to have
Proven experience managing large budgets (€1M+/year).
Background in subscription-based businesses (Web or Apps)
Familiarity with LTV models, cohorts, churn, renewals and payback periods
Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
Familiarity with keyword research and search intent for W2W campaigns
Bonus track
Strong proficiency in AI-powered tools, particularly Claude, is highly valued. We are looking for someone who actively leverages AI to streamline campaign creation and management, uncover optimization opportunities, analyze performance, generate and test new strategies, and ultimately accelerate the scaling of paid search campaigns.
How we think about this role
We're looking for someone eager to learn, highly motivated, and willing to grow and eventually take the lead on projects. A specialist who:
Is detail-oriented: You catch the small fluctuations in CVR or CPA before they become big problems
Is data-driven: You don't make moves based on "gut feeling," but on what the pLTV and ROAS are telling you
Is agile: You can pivot strategies quickly as the market or the algorithms change.
Takes ownership: You treat the budget as if it were your own and are always looking for ways to squeeze more value out of it
