AI Product Manager
Leadtech Group builds and scales digital products used by millions of people worldwide. With over 18 years of experience, we bring together multidisciplinary teams to turn ideas into meaningful, high-impact solutions.
Within the group, MAU by Leadtech focuses on subscription-based apps and digital products. It builds on the expertise, technology and product mindset developed at Leadtech, combining proven experience with a strong focus on user value and long-term growth.
Across both brands, we share the same approach: a deep commitment to understanding people and creating experiences that make a difference — for our users and for our teams.
We work as a remote-first, international team, where flexibility and collaboration shape how we build, learn and move forward together. Our environment brings together experienced professionals across product, tech, data and design, all driven by curiosity, ownership and continuous improvement.
If you’re looking to contribute to products with real impact and grow alongside a team that values how things are built as much as what is built, we’d love to meet you.
The Role & Who You Are
We're looking for an AI Product Manager to own a web product end-to-end — someone who understands why users arrive, what makes them subscribe, and where the funnel breaks. The scope is broad: traffic, landing pages, signup and checkout flows, the subscription model, and the day-to-day PM work — backlog, sprints, specs — that keeps strategy and delivery in the same pair of hands.
You have experience on B2C web products, and you've shipped the work, not just scoped it. You pull your own data, trace drops to their root cause, and don't stop at the dashboard when something looks off.
You have a business eye: you think in margins and ROI, and you have the taste to spot where a landing page loses people before the data confirms it. You combine that with a maker mindset — using AI to move from insight to shipped feature without waiting for a full sprint cycle, and to build dashboards or run SQL analyses as a starting point, not a ceiling.
You're organised, write specs people can build from, and don't need a project manager behind you to keep a release on track. Claude, paired with MCPs, is embedded in daily work — used to reach insight before the meeting and prototype faster, with a clear point of view on when it helps and when it doesn't.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Growth
Own the economic performance of your product: revenue, CAC, LTV and profitability
Help defining product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with acquisition, retention and monetisation goals
Set OKRs and track the KPIs that matter — and know which ones are vanity
Find funnel bottlenecks in the data and turn them into prioritised, fast experiments
Prototype and deploy landing pages, signup flows and checkout changes independently
Run A/B tests on pricing, conversion and UX with clear hypotheses and honest readouts
Use AI to accelerate discovery — synthesise signals and form hypotheses faster than a traditional research cycle
Monitor market, competitor and SEO/SEM trends, and adapt the value proposition accordingly
Lead qualitative and quantitative research to turn user behaviour into product decisions
Delivery & Process
Own and groom the JIRA backlog: clear user stories, sharp acceptance criteria, current priorities
Run product ceremonies with engineering — refinement, planning, review — and keep delivery predictable
Maintain product documentation in Confluence or Notion that stays useful after launch
Improve team processes from discovery intake through release and post-launch follow-up
Coordinate with design, engineering, data and marketing, and keep stakeholders informed
Build automated workflows that scale your output without scaling headcount
Requirements
Experience managing B2C web products as a Product Manager, with a strong plus if you have worked with subscription-based monetisation models.
Understanding of digital marketing and growth dynamics, with hands-on collaboration with paid acquisition, SEO, or CRO teams.
Hands-on experience running backlog, sprints and documentation in JIRA (or Azure DevOps) and Confluence or Notio
Strong analytical foundation — comfortable pulling and interpreting your own data
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude, GA4, Tableau or Databricks
Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimisation on high-traffic pages
Comfortable with discovery methods such as Design Thinking, Jobs-to-be-Done and customer journey analysis
Working knowledge of UX/UI standards and basic accessibility
Clear, structured communicator who can align stakeholders on commercial impact
Comfortable in small, dynamic teams where roles are fluid and speed matters more than structure
Optional: engineering background or a heavy maker mindset — you speak the language of engineering
